Frequently asked questions

For intelligence services worldwide, being able to know what a specific person thinks at any given moment, and being able to manipulate that person without them realizing it—non-intrusively, remotely, and in a way that's impossible to prove directly—represents the Holy Grail. Do you really think the CIA would have ended research on how the human brain works, aka MK Ultra, in 1973 because it wasn't ethical? When intelligence services are known for their "outside-the-box" initiatives and for having no limits to their actions? It's impossible. That's why I created this site, because I believe MK Ultra officially stopped in 1973, then continued, and by 2025, it has become mature.
